First of all your quote of donald trump sikens me.
Second, youve come to the conlusion from my post im very fast and i make
the boss a lot of money and im a jerk?
That's a lot of data from 1 post?
The world revolves around me because I put what a man brings to the table
as more valuable as what rules he obeys?
I'm not talking about blatent taking advantage of your boss, Im talking
about making parts is more improtant than if your hair is cut or if your
never 3 minutes late.
The real problem is those who are on time every day are pissed they get
nothing for it, but this isnt communist russia, this is capitalist america,
the more money you make the more valuable you are?
All I'm saying is things have changed, its not good enough to be "good
enough" anymore. We are competing overseas, kicking ass is not an option
anymore.

Follow your rules, do what your told. Lets face it, the owner already
knows everything and didnt hire you for your skills he hired you to clock in
and clock out.
He hired you to accept what your told and how to do it.He hired you to go
with the flow. He hired you to be friendly and nice like a receptionist.
Well, except for the bosses Ive worked for, they hired me to make money.

Nothing wrong with kicking ass. Nothing wrong with doing your best. Nothing
wrong with giving 110%. Nothing wrong with being 3-4 minutes late sometimes.
Nobody cares until nobody knows how to do something, or the customer will
be lost because your only two good toolmakers got fired for being late.

I'd take a kickass prick over a useless nice guy anyday. (I know, your
great teaching skills would create the perfect worker out of the braindead
dumbass...ya).
