Sure it would. Look how much your life changed just replying to my reply?

no you wouldn't. There's bearly anybody who can do the job anymore in any
kind of technical work. All I'd have to do is work hard and kick ass, keep
it spotless, and grow....and youd keep me around forever. You'd proberbly
even put up with me being 5 minutes late twice a week.
A man who can do his job relative to people who suck could be a 10-1
ratio.
If your doing anything high tech or precise you know this?
People are the buissiness, they work WITH you? You don't lower them down or
raise yourself up by "writing a man up"?
Fire the man, or go outside and take a walk, or talk it out...no other
options.
I asked the owner of where I work....WHO IS MY BOSS! I expected him to say
names, instead he said YOU ***!
That was very profound, and I already knew it but needed another human
being to yell it out loud so I would know I'm not crazy.

A year is nothing. A year and you can square a block, and drill a hole.
10 years to create a skilled worker, 20 to create an army of one.
But go ahead and take that kid off the street anyway, we just did, we all
need to
give back.

Actually I have made some money in my life, but iv'e always had to do the
work myself. Gonna die poor....it's ok, it's how I got here.

See, now your drawing conclusions. I'm not anonymous, I'm lazy.
A few weeks ago it just started posting like that, and Iv'e been too busy
to see why.

no.

My reply was harsh, too harsh. I guess I apologize.
However, I see things different than everybody else.
Here's how I equate my job...
I come into your house to fix your air conditioner. You called me because
you needed my skills to repair your air conditioner. Now either I'm a
friend or relative, or I'm cheap, Or I'm good, Or I left my card on your car
and thats the first place you called.
Now, while I'm fixing your air conditioner...you write me up? Sounds
kinda silly doesn't it.
If I suck....."please leave vinny", get someone else. Tell your friends
not to go there.
If I'm good, give me a bonus so I'll be eager to help you next time, and
brag about your ac guy to your friends and family.
But like I said, reply was too harsh, frustrating times.
