PowerMill will do this without jumping thru a bunch of hoops. It wont
machine an undercut conventionally, but it will do it using "projection"
tool path routines. I do it quite often.

As does the newer version of PowerMill (V5.0 and above, you can sketch a
tool holder's profile in PS-Sketcher that is included in the PowerMill
