Not that I do prototyping, but 12" in Z is pretty deep. Will you need to get
into restricted places that are 12" deep? The reason I ask is that you may
need special toolholders in order to accomplish this meaning you may need
something with a machine taper (Cat40 for instance) as opposed to just a
router bit collet.
Just a thought..
Also, you need to specify accuracy requirements. I'd assume they're pretty
open due to the parts being prototypes?
