Huot Drill storage case...

I've taken to scavenging in my broke-assed old age, and in my supplier's
back room is this banged up Huot case--three or four drawer, w/ the lock at
the top. Most of you proly have one. Perty expensive item, new; over $300??

The kicker here is, there is no lock AND yet, none of the goddamm drawers
will open--which is why I'm likely to get it dert cheep.
Q is: how to open the sed drawers???

I can sort of see in thru the lock opening, but not well. I assume there is
a cam on the would-be lock that throws some bars or sumpn.
Iny clues on how I can get this thing open??
