Lost connection once home network set up

Hi Guys, some help please!!!

I've been running two computers, 1 desk top, 1 lap top through my
Lynksys Wireless G router for some time now with no problems.

Today I set about setting up a home network to enable file and printer
sharing - something I've done many times for friends and family.

Since I set up the net work the desk top will not connect to the
internet via wirless and I have no idea why!! I'm not a novice but by no
means am I an expert and I'm completely lost.

The desk top is connecting to the Access Point but is unable to find
the internet. I've connected it to the router via the ethernet cable and
internet works fine.

Neither computer is able to see each other.

Any ideas???
