Linksys wireless router goes out

Hi, I have a linksys wireless-N router but I've experienced this with
other linksys routers I've used in the past. I cant exactly pinpoint
why it happens but it seems that when I am using bittorrent (and I
have DMZ turned on) and/or when me and my roommate are both connected
wirelessly, the router will go out and needs to be unplugged to fix
it. Does anyone know why it keeps going out all the time?

Thank You,
Stephen
