Doesn't really help me with checking the output capabilities of my laptop's
ports directly, but it has enabled me to check the adaptor via the pc and
confirm that the 'power' tab rates this as 400ma and my 1Gig flash drive at
100ma - rather indicates it's not a good idea to have both pluged into the
laptop at the same time, ....
Why? That's not greater than the power capability of the port.
