Can I use WiFi Dongles to share the internet?

I am thinking of getting a few Safecom SWLUT- 54125 USB 802.11g USB dongles,
and would like to be able to use them to share my internet connection.
between 3 PC's, 2 running XP and one Windows 98.
The dongles support WPA and 802.1x - and I'd like to use the Win98 machine
as a RADIUS server, and also to upload security web cam images to a
website...
The internet comes via a router to 2 XP machines (only one of which will
have (or need, I think)) a dongle.
Is this scheme possible? or do I need a new wireless router?
Any advice?
Thanks,
John.
