WiFi Router w/Print Server without Internet connection?

I need to setup a wireless print server at a location that currently
doesn't have an Internet connection but may in the future. Rather than
buying two boxes (a stand-alone WiFi print server for now & a Wifi
Router later when the Internet is available) will a Router with a
built-in print server work?

Any particular models/manufactuers, or just the usual suspects? Will I
need to disable any of the router functions such as DCHP or anything to
make this setup fly?

Thanks in advance !!!!
