when I checked its drop down to PR 2 what can be the reason. Anyone
can advice me.

But you have no control over that. If I link to you because I like all the
info on your site (which I do) and then go to ebay or such and buy a bunch
of links then what? Your site is a great example of a site that someone
would want to link to, even if their overall goal was just to get people to
click their ads. There should be no way to hurt someone elses PR or we would
all be at zero. How would you know if a competor was to sign you up to a
million useless directories. If that's all it took we would all start
getting picked off one by one.
