Funny indeed. But, aside from the stupid spam promo that no one will use
in their right mind, how do you actually RECEIVE $1 on the Net? I mean,
short of someone actually writing you a personal check for a buck? Any
transaction system I know will leave you with just about 50 cents or less
making such tiny transactions a nuisance.

I have an applications for these small transactions but cannot find a
system that can handle them without decimating the payout.

Does anyone have any idea?
