Why is it that you find a lot of the sites from India stealing TM'ed and
copyrighted items?

They probably don't realise the implications of copyright. They
probably wear fake designer clothes and sport fake designer watches as
a matter of course, little realising the illegality of that over here.

Doesn't matter, as the webmaster guidelines are stated in each SE and they
do not tolerate this. This is internet and when hosting a site in the US you
MUST go by the polices and laws that are for the US not India. Before
obtaining a web site and putting it on the internet and hosting you are
suppose to read and accept the terms before doing anything.
