Could you please advise if i am spamming my keywords?
My site suppose to be no 1 but some other sites without any PR better
than mine on listing

No site is suppose to be #1. Being #5 is nothing to complain about though.
Those sites probably have more links with the anchor text of "Cyprus
holidays".

Are you spamming your keywords? I don't know do you think mentioning the
word Cyprus 86 times on a page might be a little much? Does it read OK? Or
are you pushing Cyprus with every sentence.
