By all means, I don't mean to knock your hopes down, but do not
expect a reply from them. If everyone was able to ask such a
question, they would soon fall victim to a 'support nightmares'.
Each spammer from Geocities would demand a detailed explanation.
Also, I can imagine you used a contact form without any 'magic
strings' that ensure it gets read by a human.
Just in case they *do* reply: make sure you keep a copy of your mail
to them.
Normally those are kept in the sent box.
I once asked them a question, and actually got a reply.
Hurray! Was the reply in any way related with the question? That seems to
be a real challenge nowadays to quite some companies.
