No, what you are doing is Spam.
Maybe not email spam, but newsgroup spam.
When you reply to something i did not asked you, you are basically
sending unsolicited information....just like in email spam.

You were not solicited...and just like in spam you make me loose time
reading something i am not interested and i did not solicitaded.
