The odd thing is that his site never worked for me in the first place
from Mexico. Probably
because his hosting provider blocked IP addresses from Mexico?
I am in the UK, so it rules out that theory. I even tried copy and
pasting the address in a fresh browser.
Ok, should have clarified it more: the site never worked for me with an
Mexican IP address, when I used a VPN to the Netherlands, or used lynx on
a shell account on one of my sites, I could visit the site. Some time ago
the site went down entirely, no idea why. The owner also runs stopie.com
and some time ago that one suddenly worked with a Mexican IP for me (it
still does), so no idea what happened.
