And it is done massive. It looks like they are the new scrapersites. :(

Yup, plenty of people who think you can make money on the internet by just
buying a few domains for 7 bucks, and slap some content on it. After some
time some discover that they need tools and knowledge, and that's when I
pop in :-D.
