Google does not respect page location + how to force www. use?

Just today I found out that some of the content on my site that is supossed
to be accessed from a subdomain also appears as part of the main domain.
Example:
sub.domain/page.html also appears as domain/page
My site, www.maleisie.be
A search result page that shows the double listing using the words 'maleisie
nieuws' to search on google.be:
http://www.google.be/search?hl=nl&q=maleisie+nieuws&btnG=Zoeken&meta=
How can I fix this double entry? Or better, from a pro's point of view, do
I want/need to fix it?
Also, I have only one page but thanks to Google multiple links to them, does
this mean something when talking about duplicate content? And speaking of
duplicate content, would there be a penalty if the site gets a double
listing, once with www. and once without? How to force people or engines to
end up on the www. location?
Many thanks,
Steven
