inherent in the design, if I understand my stuff right here (bit techy

In my /extremely/ limited understanding, it's not really meant for speed,
its for doing complex things with huge quantities of data.
I maintain though that the problemsI understand your POV, but don't think it's quite so clear cut an issue.
in the developing world aren't there , they're here.
If it wasn't, they'd be building them there for here.
Seeing as the majority of consumer electronics are built in the third world
(SE Asia) they kind of are already.
