Mike, it's evident that your intentions are good.
Yet it's also evident that you folks are lacking in the basics.

REGARDING SEARCH ENGINES:
Great that you've got links to relevant sites and such. BUT, when I say
content, I mean actual words, letters and text. Hey, it's not an awful
looking site at all. But you need actual text. Not just photos. It'd do you
well to add in text below (or above?) those images (or someplace within).
by the way, take a look at:
http://searchenginewatch.com/webmasters/article.php/2167901
and do a further search on "Frames Search Engines"

FRONTPAGE:
Before even looking at the source for your page(s) I can tell already
someone created these Page(s) in FrontPage. I can almost smell it from a
mile away. Not entirely a problem but you might want to wait for someone
else to chime in about any other problems regarding this.

OTHER FRAME ISSUES:
Aside from the above, may I suggest you do a search for "Frames Suck".
Usually that'll give you a roster of sites that'll explain the mistakes
often incurred when creating framed sites. Again, I'm for frames, only if
carried out correctly.....Not that I remember how..............
:-D
