The reverse might be better, means the engines will see text and your
visitors will see movie. Big no-no according to many but so long as
you just use the text to explain the movie and nothing more then
arguably you'll be ok with it.
The no embed tag is the same kind of deal, loosely speaking, as the
noscript tag. It's probably best you go off and read up on these
things rather than accept explanations from me as I'm no techie.
But I still think the safest option is to offer visitors two sites,
one flash and one html.
