This forum is the one you asked the webmaster to remove your name? When the
pages are removed they also have to be physically removed by informing
Google. If you sit and wait it could be a while. Now if this old forum
aren't the pages you asked to remove and such well it will stay as long as
the page stays and could be longer to never until the old forum page is
removed and removed from the index.
