Though I haven't looked at their T&C in the last twelve months or
so, it used to point out - in large type - that you should only submit
your site once, although you could enter their forums and politely
request information about its status.
It was noted that every time that you re-entered your site, that
you put it back to the bottom of the pile...
I put my site forward two years ago, got bored checking for
progress, then found three or so months later that it had been listed.
I have seen mention recently that DMOZ is now perceived to be so
poorly managed and operated, and even corrupt, that it is seen as being
of less and less value...
