Google search results

Hi everyone and thanks for the interesting reading over the last few months.
Now its my turn to ask a question and im sure someone here will know the
answer.

I was doing a search today just checking out site rankings etc and noticed
something.

My search was this..
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD%2CGGLD%3A2005-12%2CGGLD%3Aen&q=bulgarian+properties&btnG=Search

Now the number 1 listing, under its entry has some extra links.
HOT OFFERS - NEW ADS - Houses - Varna

Does anyone know how this is done?
