Real precision would be 33.3 with a dot on top of the last '3' - to get
as thirdyish as possible. I looked into the CSS 2.1 specs and could not
see that this would be understood by browsers. Thus, my gears were
stripped and I was left shiftless. I turned to drink. Strong drink.
