Hi Pippo, I use a Seiko 5, and it runs 8 seconds a day fast.
Mine is on a strap now too; the bracelet was rubbish, IMHO.
for the price the bracelets are fine, I have one seiko5 with a stainless steel bracelet for 6 years now without any problems, I have sold or given 5 or 6 of these watches to friends and none have reports of problems with the watch or bracelets during that time,
my other Seiko5 uses the military style nylon band, a very nice band too, I wash it in warm soapy water every few months and so far has not frayed.
The bracelet probably IS value for money. I just enjoy the Seiko 5 on a strap. Mine is one of the military faced ones, so it looks like Pippo's example.
