did you try by the original Seiko gasket first?

Cousins material house has some gaskets ;

Should I buy the 28.4mm or the 28.5 mm gasket?

well it depends on the inside diameter of the bezel, looking on the "I" list you have a 29.1mm x 28.4 gasket, the 285 crystal should fit nicely.

you should be able to fit the gasket in the case so it just fits in without being loose or too tight that it buckles.

in other words if the gasket is loose in the bezel you have to use the next size up in both the gasket and crystal.
