Help please Can anyone identify this watch?

I have a quality pocket watch (18 ligne) in a gold hunter case. The
movement is fully jeweled with a Breguet (overcoil) hairspring and a
micro adjustable regulator. The plates are brass coloured and the
balance has regulating screws all round it. It is a lever movement. I
think it must be of high quality because of the Breguet hairspring,
these were not used in `run of the mill` watches. There is no make on
the dial with its black arabic figures on a white dial with a
subsiduary seconds dial at 6 o'clock. The only mark on the plates
(that I can see) is a shield with the initials H & H over a capital
D. I was in the watch trade back in the 1950s and 1960s and am very
conversant with most makers of that and earlier era but this has
defeated me. Inside the case back there is a logo that looks like a
crown inside a circle and the gold mark of 0.585. The watch has come
to light in Eastern Europe in the last couple of years but I would
love to know who made it . Hopefully there is somebody out there that
is very knowledgeable and can help me. Thank you.
