Nightwatchmans clock unknown trademark?

Hi Can anyone help. I have accquired an old nightwatchmans clock. On
taking apart I have found the spring balance seems ok and would like
to restore it. But I have no ide of the make. The trademark is very
unusual, it consists of a circle with legs all around (bit like the
Isle of Man logo, only a lot more legs..lol) and in the centre is a
clock pallet and what looks like an arrow. Any ideas anyone? Thanks
