Looks like sort of a basic automatic watch with a perpetual calendar with day/date. Orient unadjusted 17j Japanese movement. Rough estimate of value probably between $50 and $75 if working and in good cosmetic condition. A search of completed auctions in the last 30 days on e-bay shows prices ranging from $38 to $126. Styling looks kind of 1970's.

There are three on e-bay right now, with one selling out of Argentina on which someone has bid $99. (search for auction #130103158400) Worth looking at the auction because it gives a view of the movement.
