watches for $70 and Japanese quartz ones for $35. I realize the $35 quartz
ones are worth $20. How reliable are Chinese automatic watches ? In terms of
quality, are they worth $70 ?
about $10, and an automatic for about $30. Some, but not all, are
counterfeits; a lot are brandless novelty watches. At $10, the quartz
watches are good values. They do an excellent job of keeping time and
should give several years of reliable service in everyday use. The
only maintenance cost is a new battery every 3-5 years. If it ever
breaks or stops working, throw it out and buy a new one.
