New ETA Valgrange Chrono movement, incremental evolution of the 7750?

Hi, I have been trying to find out more about the new Valgrange Chrono
movement created by ETA, which to the best that I understand, was
created to fill the need for larger watch cases.
I'm trying to understand if its in general, just a 7750 up-sized or
has there been any significant change to the movement? (update: I note
that the power reserve has gone up to 46hrs)
Any thoughts greatly appreciated, thanks! :)
