Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk. Can it handle Timezones with 1/2 hour offsets?

Hi group,

Ive recently bought a Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk Titanium. (see

My problem is that i cant seem to work out how to set a timezone thats
offset by 30 mins.

I understand that there are 36 timezones in the world, and the watch
has 30 built in. But i need to be able to use this in Alice Springs,
and sometimes Lord Howe Island. Both of which are not in the presets,
and have 30 minute offsets.

Does anyone know of any way to set a 30 minute offset?
