I haven't seen that many Orients that appeal to me. However, the Orient
200m divers have been getting a bit of press on PMWF as of late.

Well, Long Island watch has been running a sale:

A "Mako" for $100 bucks plus shipping? That was too much
for me to resist, so I bought one. I just received it today.
Thoughts? First off, it's nicely weighted, with a total
weight of 6oz. I like the bracelet; solid links and a decent
clasp. The bezel clicks nicely.
The dial just jumps out and grabs me. Just a great shade
of blue. Clean lettering. Decent lume - it's not Seiko good,
but then, what is?
I'm really impressed. I wonder what else Orient has in
the design pipeline?
