I wouldn't mind having one of these better Seiko autos like the 6R15 or
the 4L25, a bit better than the generic 7S26/36, hacking, handwinding
and the 4L25 has a nice fine adjuster for regulation.

Nice looking watches, but too expensive. Seiko has several others
using the 6R15 that are at a more reasonable price. And as we all know
an ETA 28xx powered watch from Sandoz, Titoni, etc., can be had for
under $500.00 and it will hack, handwind and beat at 28,800 bph and
probably be very accurate from the factory.
