Fine watch, though for the fresh lume
glow-in-the-dark-accompanied-by-the-soul-stirring-music-of-a-mechanical
experience, try a nice Seiko 5, any of the 200 meter Seiko divers, or a
Hamilton Kakhi handwind- they glow like a torch, all of them :-) .

I just got one of these a week ago. I have to say, despite being made
in 1993, this is a cool little non-nonsense mechanical watch. I'm
going to see if I can find a better band though, this one seems low
quality, but I realize this wasn't meant for looks - it was meant for
soldiers. I wanted something mechanical that wasn't too pricey and
wasn't too flashy.
I went from a Timex Expedition, and I liked it; but I wanted to go
mechanical. Can't exactly explain why though. Mechanical watches
fascinate me. We've been keeping time for hundreds of years without
electricity. I doubt this makes sense.
The tritium could be brighter though, but it wears out and thats to be
expected.
