(HKG / China) watch really worth having repaired instead of buying a
new one?

I know that I may sound harsh and lacking respect, but I have some
personal reasons to have very bad feelings about the moral principles
and the business ethics of the principals of that company.

No, sounds like a reasonable question, and I'm not offended at all, although I don't understand your question.

The Singapore Sandoz has a Swiss ETA 2836 -2 movement. Screw down crown, screw back, solid president bracelet (not pressed steel clasp). It cost $USD 269 from pmwf. It is a lot of watch for the money, and I could not buy anything like that quality in this country for that money.

I don't know why it would not be worth repairing, any more than any other 2836-2 in a solid, chunky, waterproof case would not be worth repairing. Morality? It says Sandoz on it. Not Rolex, not a fake.
