I think you got a great deal for 200EU. The watch appears to be in very good
condition, though as you say based on the scuffing of the movement the rotor
bearing may need some attention. Like any 35 year old watch it probably has
a "history" and some parts may have been replaced, but overall it looks
authentic enough to me and not a Frankenwatch. I doubt that it is a
redial - for that price they couldn't afford the redial work. Probably they
just shined it up a bit and that was as much work as was done. I don't
think that Bienne would have any grounds to confiscate it.
Here is a "sister" watch of roughly the same vintage - no gold stars. This
may also give you an idea of the original finish.

That model does have Omega in an applied marker but that may have just been
a difference between models rather than a clue that something is wrong.
