In general I totally agree SWG but in this instance I'm talking about
combining Ebony with 'Alternative' Ivory.
I have some Violet Rosewood in 1" section and Imbuya (3/4") which I will
also mix with the 'Ivory' and an e-bay seller is looking through his
stock of Burr Walnut and Rio Rosewood for small 'offcuts'. Sapele and
Oak (American) I have a good supply of but Honduras Mahogany is
difficult to obtain (and to 'work') though I do have a table I made at
school (1956) which I could take a piece out of :)
