Watch Opinion Please

I just bought a Wenger Swiss Military Sport Chrono watch at Costco for
$119.99 (retail $295). It has a silver dial and black leather strap. All
stainless steel. Water resistance 100 meters. The face has 3 subdials. The
movement is Swiss quartz ETA and the accuracy is put at 1/10 second a day.
Did I get a good deal? Any opinions of the watch or company? Does anyone
know the battery life (it is not in the manual)?
