I don't have one and I have no idea what one is worth.

Think of this in terms of set theory - you have a large set of people who
own Gibsons and a large set that would like to buy a Navitimer but the
overlap between these two sets is much smaller or maybe even zero. By
proposing a trade, with or without extra money to even out value, you are
limiting your market and less likely to achieve your goal.
