You don't have to pay $20 for a fake Rolex, you can always pay $2,175.
I noticed this auction referred to in a recent Timezone thread:

The consensus is that the watch is a fake. The vendor never states in
the text of his listing that it's a Rolex, only that it's a
"Submariner". Even implicitly says it's not a Rolex by referring to
it's ETA movement! Still, 32 bids and $2,175 later.......
