Try warming it up then deep freeze it. That may just break up bits of
rust or whatever gunk is there.
Also make sure you use all three prongs of the opener and hold the
case in a benchvice or something(ideally a case holder) where you can
push down on it flat and hard while you twist. Shearing a pin even on
cheap openers would mean that one pin lifted off. Unless you broke all
three at once, but then that may indicate a really bad quality case
opener. If it's a Jaxa copy, the original Jaxa bits may fit ?
Sometimes with stubborn cases, trying to go clockwise first, then back
can also help loosen up the back.
