That is not exactly what I asked. I believe that buying a new clock is like
buying a new watch. There are brands that are better than others. Since this
is a horology newsgroup, I was hoping to find some expertise in this area
and obtain some recommendations as a good NEW grandfather clock to purchase
so that I do not get ripped-off at the local clock shop or buy a product of
inferior quality that is destined to be a maintenance headache.
