I like to put a buy-it-now on my auctions. My theory is that it can
stimulate initial bids, and people are more likely to bid on something
someone else is bidding on. I'll usually set a BIN on the high side of
what I think is possilbe, sometimes I don't know the value so the BIN
is fairly high.

OTOH, isn't that close to Rolex retail for a sticker? :)
