Automatic vs Sedentary ??

Hello from Danilo.
I'm a complete newb in mechanical watches.
I'm wondering to buy a Breitling Wings automatic (the movement is a
Breitling Cal. 10).
My lifestyle is sedentary: I work with a computer.
My question is: my future watch will be always without charge ???
Or I have to turn to a quartz watch?
Of course shop personnel says that there isn't problem... but they
have to sell!
