You can't shout down a troll.
You have to starve them.
He didn't charge me anything, which I was thankful of, so it just
turned out to be a written estimate. An absolutely obscene estimate,
but an estimate at that. But if he would have charged me a fee for
just coming out I would have understood that and would have paid him
for at least coming out.
