Re: Painting: am I being unreasonable?

Everyone knows you need to use your HANDS to check a wall out for
smoothness - obviously they didn't check the wall properly before
painting... AND when you patch a wall properly, it needs dry time...
which they didn't want to wait for ,... and sanding creates dust and
cleaning up to do (or paint won't stick to the wall properly)... so
obviously they've done a time cutting thing ... don't pay until they
job is right - most contracts are 50% upfront - 50% after. Good luck.
