I have had my Protherm boiler for about 6 years and it has now developed
a faulty diverter valve relay twice (the plunger does not move anymore).
I am having no success finding a supplier of the part although I
believe the same relay is used in one of the Glowworm boilers. The only
identification numbers I can find on the relay are:

That is a solenoid expander relay - had the same problem on my medusa, turns out I needed to replace the bridge rectifier on the rectifier board as it was weak and in fact failed under load testing later ... It seems like it loses power after it fires the one time. ...Flipper problems like this on the linear flipper mech that M&MPM uses can be magnetized plungers and coil stops, too much travel on the plunger, mushrooming on the plunger causing drag, wd40 or other gunk sprayed onto the flipper mech, the flipper pawl getting hung up on the end of stroke switch blade. ...
